{"id":185,"date":"2017-06-13T13:52:57","date_gmt":"2017-06-13T11:52:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.digibus.at\/?page_id=185\/"},"modified":"2017-06-14T11:27:33","modified_gmt":"2017-06-14T09:27:33","slug":"general-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.digibus.at\/en\/general-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The framework conditions for automated driving in Austria are defined by the AutomFahrV of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excerpt Section 2, \u00a77:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Autonomous<strong> minibus:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(1) For the purposes of this regulation, an autonomous minibus is a vehicle of categories M1, M2 and M3 equipped with a system capable of handling all driving tasks at a speed of up to 20 km \/ h.<\/p>\n<p>(2) This system may be tested by vehicle manufacturers, developers of systems and research facilities.<\/p>\n<p>(3) The system may only be used on roads with public transport if at least 1000 test kilometers have been previously covered by the system.<\/p>\n<p>(4) The autonomous minibus may be tested on a predefined test track only.<\/p>\n<p>(5) As soon as the operator activates the system, all the driving tasks are transferred to the system. The system must therefore be able to handle all driving situations automatically.<\/p>\n<p>(6) There must be an emergency device with which the system can be deactivated.
